Job Description:
Future Com is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our growing Inside Sales department. This person will assist our team with quotes, orders, and the daily management of clients. This person will be interfacing with our clients, internal staff, vendors and distributors to acquire necessary information for job success.
- Daily contact with account management team and clients.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotes/orders/renewals for account managers and/or clients.
- Proactively work to resolve problems/issues for account management tem, vendors and/or clients.
- Research and/or coordinate issues with vendor/distributors, engineers and clients.
- Follow up with orders and send out new licenses for recent purchases.
- Coordinate appropriate delivery expectations for our clients concerning current supply of product.
- Assist with the client buying process, and be able to assist with multiple ongoing projects.
- Perform data entry responsibilities to maintain accurate client, quoting, and forecasting records.
- Will also backup other inside sales members when needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:
- Associates degree or 2-3 years of previous Inside Sales experience
- Experience in a technology field and working knowledge of channel sales a plus.
- Organized, detail oriented, and energetic
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Be proficient in all Microsoft Programs; Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Must have excellent communications skills (written and verbal), along with an ability to handle and prioritize many diverse tasks
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Compensation:
Sales positions are full time salaried positions, with quarterly bonus incentives, a generous profit sharing plan and competitive benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
