Not only are we an authorized training center for InfoBlox, but we can also deliver customized informal training for products like F5, Juniper, McAfee, Check Point and many others. Future Com can custom fit training to meet your exact needs, whether it’s a four hour knowledge transfer on best practices for a specific product or technology, or a four day deep dive with lecture, supporting labs and exercises. Our training staff are experts on the products they teach backed with real world experience in the field to deliver the best possible learning environment for our customers. Lunch & Learns
A popular option for our customers is Lunch & Learns where Future Com comes on-site and brings in lunch to deliver training on new products or technologies while attendees have their afternoon meal. The training could be on a specific feature of a product, overview, best practices or perhaps new features for a new release. This is a great way to get valuable information to people who need it without taking up important time out of their busy days.
Install & Knowledge Transfer
Many customers use Future Com Professional Services to architect, configure and deploy new equipment. With this service we provide a detailed knowledge transfer to help educate the customer on the features and best practices of their new product. Rather than simply getting the solution installed and functioning, it is important to Future Com that our customers have a solid understanding of the technology and how it is configured. The install and knowledge transfer can be performed simultaneously or broken up as separate engagements.
Customized Training
Formal training is a necessity in our industry but there are certainly aspects of it that can be challenging for many of our customers. Scheduling conflicts and travel to offsite training facilities can be difficult to manage. Dealing with a wide range of skill sets and a varying knowledge level of other students can obstruct the learning process for more or less advanced users. Instead of delivering a “Cookie Cutter” training package to every customer, Future Com can custom fit the training to meet the exact needs of the people attending the class. This type of approach is not possible in standardized training classes as the needs of the attendees can be too broad for that type of focus.
